The 1937 DIAMOND SPECIAL faithfully recreates one of BIG YANK's signature work shirts from the 1930s. Featuring the brand's iconic patented details throughout, it combines authentic workwear functionality with timeless vintage character.
Designed with a relaxed fit and an extended front body, the shirt stays comfortably tucked in while allowing greater freedom of movement. BIG YANK's signature asymmetrical "Gacha Pocket" layout includes a convenient pouch pocket on the left chest to protect cigarettes and a vertical utility pocket with a pen slot on the right.
A distinctive diamond-shaped ventilation eyelet on the back enhances breathability while serving as one of the shirt's defining visual details. Functional features such as the Strain-Proof Yoke, which reduces stress across the shoulders and back, and Storm Cuffs, designed to prevent snagging during work, faithfully reproduce BIG YANK's original patented innovations.
Crafted from Japanese-made 20 × 30 selvedge chambray, the fabric softens beautifully with wear and develops rich fading and character over time.
