The TROUSERS M1945 SATEEN are inspired by the U.S. Army M1945 Field Trousers introduced during the final years of World War II. Preserving the functional character of the original military design, YANKSHIRE has reinterpreted the trousers with a refined silhouette for modern everyday wear.
Crafted from 24/2 sulfur-dyed back satin, the 100% cotton fabric offers the perfect balance of durability and softness. The sulfur-dyed finish gradually develops natural fading with wear and washing, creating the rich character and patina associated with vintage military garments.
A defining feature of this model is its clean, minimalist design, achieved by intentionally omitting cargo pockets while retaining the essential functionality of the original military trousers. The result is a versatile silhouette that transitions effortlessly from heritage styling to everyday wear.
The relaxed straight-leg fit provides comfortable room through the hips and thighs while maintaining a clean waistline. Authentic details include internal suspender buttons, belt loops, a classic button-fly closure, side pockets, and flap rear pockets—all carefully reproduced from the original design.
