Based on the utility trousers officially adopted by the U.S. Army in 1945, the M1945 WEST POINT is a signature military-style trouser by YANKSHIRE.
It faithfully reproduces the balance of function and versatility that made the original design so enduring.
Details are true to the historical model, including durable and lightweight urea buttons, a simplified fly without a gas flap, and a single-welt back pocket designed for practicality. Every aspect of the construction is rooted in purpose-driven military functionality.
The silhouette is a wide straight cut. While it retains the rugged character of military trousers, the design is well-balanced, making it easy to wear in modern, urban settings without feeling overly utilitarian.
The fabric is YANKSHIRE’s original 30/2 West Point twill, tightly woven and smooth to the touch. It is dyed using sulfur dyeing, just like the original military models, allowing it to fade beautifully with wear. The result is a pair of trousers that ages with character, offering both durability and vintage appeal.
