2026 SPRING SUMMER COLLECTION
DIRECTED BY YUTAKA FUJIHARA (BerBerJin)

A new era begins for BIG YANK as we welcome vintage specialist Yutaka Fujihara (BerBerJin) as Creative Director.
This debut collection elevates the brand’s heritage into a contemporary context, focusing on one of BIG YANK’s most legendary icons: the 1942 patented pocket, famously known as the "Yama-Poke."

BIG YANK | Y1944 HBT SHIRT

Based on a 1940s vintage BIG YANK shirt from the personal archive of Yutaka Fujihara, the "Y1944 HBT SHIRT" is a tribute to wartime heritage.

HERRINGBONE WOVEN WITH WARTIME HISTORY
This model replicates a high-density herringbone twill with distinct texture—reminiscent of the fabric used for USMC (U.S. Marine Corps) uniforms during WWII. Every detail, from the yarn quality to the twist, has been meticulously considered to revive the powerful material feel of that era.

THE ICONIC "NASUKON" AND AGING PROCESS
Using vat dyes, we have captured the deep, purplish navy known as "Nasukon." Through repeated wear and washing, the fabric develops the beautiful fading and character unique to vat-dyed vintage pieces.

REFINED BOX SILHOUETTE
Designed with a relaxed fit featuring wider shoulders, body, and sleeves. While faithfully reproducing vintage details like the single-stitch collar, the silhouette has been balanced to function perfectly as a shirt jacket, making it a sophisticated choice for daily wear.

Material: 100% Cotton (Reproduction Sulfur-Dyed Herringbone Twill)

*This product may shrink slightly after washing. When line dried naturally, the body length may shrink by approximately 1.0–1.5 cm and the sleeve length by approximately 0.5–1.0 cm.

*This product is carefully crafted in Japan. Due to the characteristics of the materials and manufacturing process, slight variations in color, texture, and sizing may occur. These unique differences are part of the product's character and should not be considered defects. We hope you enjoy the unique character and aging process that will develop over years of wear.
